the napa -- morning. the napa river will crest earlier, lunchtime tomorrow at 18 feet. moderate flooding, 2 feet above flood stage. the only difference between the days is is there a a storm in the pipeline moving in. tonight the answer is yes. we have all of there moisture stretching from west of hawaii all the way into the west coast and northern california continues to be the bulls eye. low pressure to the northwest, the storm track heading right toward us. where's the next storm, sitting a couple hundred miles offshore. it will be with us tomorrow morning and all of northern california will be extremely wet. we're looking at rainfall totals topping out well above an inch to two inches. this is our future cast all the way through the day. santa rosa 2 more inches of rain. hayward an inch 1/3 and redwood city you will get a lot of rain as well. most falling tomorrow morning. heavy rainfall tonight. a soaker early tomorrow and it's going to move out pretty quickly and by mid afternoon we'll see clearing skies and by monday the rain will be a distant memory. oakland tom

we are seeing fog in the napa valley. 50 degrees, mild in san francisco. and the patchy fog will lift and become mostly sunny toward the afternoon. the weekend looks great, lots of sunshine and temperatures will sore into sunday and monday moving well into the 60s by the afternoon. high pressure building in and that's going to send the jet stream well to the north. the storm track is going to stay well into the bay area, too. so nice and dry toward the weekend and maybe in the middle of next week, we talk about showers again. watch out with the fog in the central valley, and lots of snow isn't the sierra nevada, and if you can wait a few hours for the fog to lift, should be nice. and a few passing clouds by afternoon, and that will probably be about the worst of it today. 63 in mountain view and 60 degrees in san mateo. east bay temperatures in the 50s and 60s and inside the bay, sunny skies. 62 in oakland, and 61 in alameda. beautiful weather for the weekend. do it if you can, lots of sunshine and warmer weather through monday. then we start to cool thing

and well looks like a nice afternoon around the bay area. 59 degrees right now in san jose. 61 in the napa valley and 56 degrees in san francisco. there are changes coming though. high pressure off the coastline but only giving's brief break. look at this. we have yet another storm that's approaching the bay area. so enjoy the break today. looks like tomorrow we get back into it again. some rain developing maybe as early as the latter part of the afternoon in parts of the north bay. most of it comes through tuesday night into wednesday morning. this storm system doesn't look as windy and wet. maybe one to two inches of rain instead every five to eight inches from the last couple of storms. thursday things dry out and that means better weather ahead but we still have that storm to deal with. today 65 degrees in san jose. 46 degrees in redwood city. east bay -- 64 degrees in redwood city. east bay temperatures in the 60s, as well. you will see 60s inside the bay. the next couple of days we'll watch the storm clouds return, again not as strong, don't expect to see any flooding but again more
